Graham Moore is an accomplished leader with years of experience in the water industry. As the Executive Director of the Alliance Regional Water Authority, he has been instrumental in driving the organization's strategic vision and achieving its goals since September 2014. Under his guidance, Alliance Water has secured permits for over 16,000 acre-feet per year of Carrizo groundwater, over $285 million in funding from the Texas Water Development Board, and is in the construction for the treatment and transmission of the new water supply to its Sponsors.
