Jason biemer
Director of Operations Alliance Water
With more than 20 years of experience in water and wastewater operations, Jason Biemer is a true environmental professional. He holds both Class A water and Class B wastewater operations licenses from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. In addition, he is a Certified Environmental Professional (CEP) by the Academy of Board-Certified Environmental Professionals.
Jason started his environmental career in 1999 with a five-year stint in the City of Waco where he spent more than two years as Chief of Operations. More recently he spent seven years as the Treatment Operations Division Manager for the City of Kyle. Currently, he is the Director of Operations for Alliance Regional Water Authority.
Outside of his professional career, Jason is a graduate of the 2019 Texas Master Naturalist training class, Lost Pines Chapter. He is also a volunteer with the EnviroMentor Program with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, as well as a member of several local environmental groups engaged in public education and water quality improvement and land stewardship.
Jason earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Resource Management at Texas State University in 2010 where he also minored in geology and received certification as a water resource planner.
He attended Texas State Technical College from 1996 through 1999 where he double majored, earning an Associate of Applied Science degree in Occupational Safety and an Associate of Applied Science degree in Hazardous Materials Management. In his spare time, Jason enjoys weightlifting and hiking.
