Michael is a dedicated and results-driven professional with over 13 years of experience in the water utilities industry. Serving as a United States Marine 8 years prior, Michael brings a strong sense of leadership, discipline, and resilience to every challenge. Having faced the challenges of overseas combat, he developed an exceptional ability to lead teams effectively, make swift decisions under pressure, and deliver complex goals. Holding a “A” Water and “C” Wastewater License in the state of Texas, Michael has deep expertise in water systems management, maintenance, and regulation. His commitment to excellence, combined with his military background, has made him an invaluable asset in the water utilities sector, where he is known for getting things done with efficiency and integrity. Michael has had the honor to serve the customers of Crystal Clear Special Utility District since April of 2024, recently being elevated to the district's General Manager.
