Paul Kite currently serves as the Assistant Director of Public Services for the City of San Marcos and has been an Alliance Water board member since 2021.

Before joining the City of San Marcos, Paul was appointed to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) Water Utility Operator License Advisory Committee in 2018. He also served as the Assistant Director of Utilities to the City of Plainview. In 2017, through his work with the City of Plainview, Paul received an award from the TCEQ Region 2 Office for his continuous assistance and support of regional water systems around the Plainview area.
