Tyler Hjorth is a highly experienced and respected leader in the electrical power generation and distribution industries, currently serving as the Director of Utilities for the City of San Marcos. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Tyler has been an invaluable member of the board since his appointment in 2021.

Throughout his career, Tyler has successfully designed, maintained, and operated various complex power systems, including those at Eastman Chemical in Longview, South Texas Project Nuclear in Bay City, and Texas A&M University in College Station. His extensive knowledge and expertise in the electrical power industry have made him an asset to the Alliance Water board.
